About QuickCalendars
Our goal is simple, to make it easy for you to find, edit and print a great looking calendar for any month of the year - Absolutely free
Editing a Calendar
We have tried to keep the process of editing our calendars as simple as possible while still providing enough flexibility to create a calendar that suits your needs. Here are some of the key features we have implemented to help you do just that.
Show Holidays
On all of our calendars, you will find a 'Show Holidays' toggle on the top left of the calendar itself. Turning this on will automatically add holidays for that specific month to your calendar. You can control what country you want to show holidays for with the dropdown that displays alongside the toggle.
Add your Tasks
If you would like to populate your calendar with tasks, you can do that without leaving the browser. Simply click on a block for a specific day and start typing. When you print your calendar, the tasks you have added will be included in the print preview.
Sunday/Monday Start
By default, our calendars will all have a Sunday start. You can change this to a Monday start in one click using the 'Monday Start' toggle above the calendar. Toggling between Monday and Sunday starts will automatically adjust the blocks and associated dates within your calendar.
Customize Your Design
In addition to the above, you can also customize the design of your calendar. We will be adding more design options over time. Currently you can update the following:
Color Scheme
You will find the color scheme control above your calendar on the right. Clicking on this tool will allow you to select from a set of color schemes based on a primary color. You can change your primary color yourself, or use our randomize feature to suggest one for you. Clicking on one of the color scheme options provided will apply that color scheme to your calendar. Make you sure you have your print preview settings set to 'Color' to have your color scheme apply to your printed calendar.
Fonts
You will find the font control above your calendar on the right. Clicking on this tool will allow you to set a 'Title' and/or 'Main Calendar' font to your calendar. The title font is the font applied to your calendar title e.g. January 2027 at the top of the calendar. The main calendar font is the font applied to the blocks within your calendar.
Printing Your Calendar
When you are ready to print your calendar, simply use the big 'Print Calendar' button above your calendar to do so. You can print your calendar on any paper size, however, we would highly recommend printing on traditional sizes similar to Letter, Legal or A4 for the best results. You can easily switch the paper size in your print preview settings to see what your calendar will look like prior to printing.
